Simply select the cat head shape, facial expression, and color scheme from the choices shown in the product images to create your own kitty design. Does your cat have more unique markings that aren't shown in the choices? No problem! Personalize your ID tag even further by opting for custom markings to get a perfect match.

Remember to measure your cat's neck with a soft ruler to determine the best fit.

Want to include a name or number on the back of the ID? Add the name and number in the Personalization box!

Given the nature of shrink plastic, and given that the tags are made entirely by hand, there may be minor imperfections.
