All orders are shipped from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays on or following the day your order is placed.

NOTE:

• Please note that ALL orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days of purchase if the product is pre-made and ready to be shipped OR 7-14 days if they are customized items regardless of the selected shipping method. (This is because custom items are made to order and need additional time to create, print, package, and assemble.)
• Please allow for extra time for your package to arrive as estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are NOT guaranteed. If you need your package by a certain date, it's recommended to order well in advance to account for any potential delays to ensure your order can arrive ahead of time for you.
• We currently DO NOT ship to the UK or EU due to Vat Tax! If you're a UK or EU customer, you can still shop with us through our Etsy for select items.

General Shipping Time

All orders will be shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase if the product is pre-made and ready to be shipped or 7-14 days for customized items. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items in the order. You will have the option to review and select your available shipping methods in your cart prior to checking out. 

All packages are usually shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays of or following the day of your order.

You will be provided a tracking code via email once your order has been marked as shipped. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as the expected delivery time may fluctuate based on the mail carrier or holiday season.

US orders may take up to 1 week to arrive. International orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive, depending on customs. Any taxes or fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this website or other parties only as an estimate. It's encouraged to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Delayed / Lost Packages

Please note that once your order has been dropped off at the post office and dispatched by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays during shipping, as that is beyond our control. If you have entered in your shipping address incorrectly during the time of your order or after, please contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address so that we can try and correct it before your order is dropped off at the post office!

If you believe your package to be lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking code for updates on the scheduled delivery.
