“What type of Credit Cards do you accept and what is your return & exchange policy?"

"When will my order be shipped?"

All orders are usually shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays following the day that your order is placed. Typically, your order can arrive anywhere from 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. (Please keep this in mind if you need your order to arrive by a certain date!)

If you need your order to arrive sooner, feel free to Contact us and we'll do our best to see if we can accommodate your needs! Be advised that there may be additional shipping costs charged for rush orders!

"How do I track my order?"

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

"Do you ship internationally?" 

We currently do not offer international shipping due to logistical complexities and high costs. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future. In the meantime, we invite our international customers to explore our Etsy store, where select products may be available for international shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to improve our services and reach more customers worldwide.

 

"Help! I keep getting an error and can't place my order!"

Most of the time, this is due to incorrect billing/shipping information that doesn't match the card you entered. Another possibility is that the card you entered has expired. But if you've confirmed that that isn't the issue, please feel free to reach out to us with the error message you're receiving so we can look into it for you.

 

"Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?"

At the moment, we don't offer gift wrapping services, but you can add a personalized message to your order during the checkout process.

 

"How do I contact customer support if I have a question or issue?"

"I'm looking for custom cat products that aren't listed on your store. Do you accept special requests?"

We pride ourselves in specializing in custom cat merch, so if there's something you're looking for that you didn't find on our store, don't be shy: contact us! As long as we have the means and materials to make that special item you're looking for, we're happy to work with you to make it happen!
